The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program Business Meeting will be held in person from Monday, August 17, to Thursday, August 20, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta at Ravinia. Submit your registration no later than May 31, 2026.

This form is for individual registration only. Each attendee must submit their own registration form separately using a unique email address. Do not register on behalf of another person, and do not enter more than one attendee's information in a single submission. This is a closed meeting. Please send all inquiries regarding additional attendees to [email protected]. Please indicate the type of registration you are completing by selecting "1" from the dropdown menu next to the attendee type - NBCCEDP Award Recipient, CDC Staff, CDC Invited Guest, or Presenter. If you are a presenter, you do not need to complete one of the other categories. Click "Continue" to go to the Registration Form.
To complete your registration:
1. Complete all fields. Incomplete submissions may delay the processing of your registration.
2. Use your own work email address. Your confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, so please ensure it is accurate. If you attempt to register multiple people under the same email address, the system will automatically delete the duplicate registrations.
3. Review your information carefully before submitting. Once your form is submitted, you can make changes by contacting the NBCCEDP Business Meeting Planning Team at [email protected].
4. Submit your form. You will receive a confirmation notification on your screen. Please feel free to print a copy of this page for your records. No confirmation email will be sent.
