During the NBCCEDP Business Meeting, the In Memoriam video will be shown as a heartfelt tribute to those in our NBCCEDP family whom we have lost since we were last together. It will acknowledge their impact on the program and the community. The video tribute celebrates their lives, contributions, and legacies, allowing NBCCEDP colleagues to reflect on their memories.

We invite NBCCEDP Award Recipients to submit the names and details of individuals who worked with their programs and have passed away since the last in-person meeting in June 2019. They will be honored in the In Memoriam video. This form is designed to collect essential information, including contributions, photos, and quotes. Please ensure all submissions are completed by June 19, 2026.

Submission Guidelines

1.   Ensure all text information is clear and concise.

2.  Upload up to three high-resolution photographs (for optimal viewing quality) for each In Memoriam Honoree.

3.  Submissions must be received by June 19, 2026, for consideration in the video.
